The attendant gave us the keys of the car we were interested in, and left us alone with the car for as long as we wanted. He went through all the documents he had for the car. He offered us a test drive on our own. We spent the best part of 2 hours there examining and test driving the car. The service was a perfect mix of helpful, and yet not in-your-face. There was no time pressure, and no pressure to buy. There is also a chippy next door, so if you're there a while you can get some nice hot food (which we did on this rather miserable day!). Thanks for the great service. So far no issues with the car!
